John A. Shuman is an avid buyer and seller of antique collectibles. He enjoys attending flea markets and shows and takes great pleasure in traveling and researching assorted antiques. John has written over 1,000 articles for Collector News, The New York Antique Almanac, The Antique Trader? Weekly, Antiques Journal, The Antique Trader Price Guide to Antiques, and many more. He is author of Warman's Native American Collectibles: A Price Guide & Historical Reference, published in 1998 by Krause Publications. He currently resides in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

I agree with the other review in that this book is definitely set up in a way that I found illogical...it mixes makers and types of glass from page to page, and while the approach is alphabetical, it really doesn't make any kind of sense. However, I feel, at a bare minimum, that the book is a very nice color picture book of many, many very nice pieces of glass. I purchased from an Ebay seller, and for the price I paid I am more than completely pleased with it.
